Every order is dispatched within 1 business day and sent with tracking. Standard delivery across Australia takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is $10 for one pair and free on 2 pairs or orders over $100.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in the original box for a full refund or exchange. Start a return via our contact page; you will get an Australian return address and instructions.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
